The quality of Visscher Seafood

We are an HACCP certified company. Our quality controllers monitor the quality of our fish products according to a fixed protocol. Our own buyers and quality managers inspect the purchased fish on the spot.

In addition, the quality controllers conduct daily internal audits, and check and monitor the quality of the purchased fish. We employ a first-in, first-out-system. The quality controllers also keep an eye on hygiene within the company, and instruct employees on an ongoing basis regarding their expert contribution to the supply of a high-quality product.

The drivers of our refrigerated trucks ensure the careful and rapid transport of our products. They carry fresh fish from various auctions to our cold-storage units, and also processed fish from our factory in Urk to customers both in the Netherlands and abroad.
